On a run through Hasenheide on an early spring day, I encounter:
many other joggers (including one who was smoking while jogging),
a good number of obvious guys selling drugs, obviously,
a guy on a unicycle,
about 10 cops looking down a hill at a tree stump, discussing what to do about it.
sounds about right.
